Mechanical Inspection and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technology

This program has been designed to fulfill the local market needs of the Non Destructive Evaluation techniques. It is structured to satisfy both the National Qualification frameworks and international standards, based on American Society for Non-Destructive Testing (ASNT)

The curriculum for the program include set of core engineering courses such as Material Science, Mathematics, Statics and Dynamics, Thermodynamics and Hydraulics systems. These courses enable students to acquire specialised skills in the field of Non-Destructive Testing using state of the art equipments for various NDT methods. Furthermore, courses on Quality Control and Assurance, Engineering Standards and Specifications afford students the opportunity to get acquainted with various statutory documents relevant to NDT.
